How to measure your foot
Stand on a sheet of paper on a flat surface. Mark the back of your heel and the tip of your longest toe, then measure the distance in centimetres. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are happy to assist with eligible returns or exchanges according to our store policy.
Synthetic Leather Products within Egypt
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition, with the original packaging, all accessories and proof of purchase.
Genuine Leather Products
Genuine leather products shipped within Egypt are non-returnable and non-refundable, except if they arrive damaged or defective.
International Orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact handcraftedscarpe@gmail.com within the applicable return period with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. The product and packaging must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped; missing, used, damaged or significantly changed products or packaging may lead to rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact handcraftedscarpe@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and its packaging. After evaluating the issue and approving the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, as applicable.
